Samantha Gotay
My journey in fitness began with my love for going to the gym with friends, where I enjoyed guiding them through workouts, assisting with grocery lists, and inspiring those around me to embrace healthy, balanced lifestyles. My passion for Pilates began at the age of 21, following the birth of my son. I faced challenges with severe diastasis recti and was determined to regain my fitness. Discovering classical Pilates transformed my journey, helping me not only recover but also achieve a level of strength and fitness that surpassed my pre-baby self. Motivated by my personal experience, I pursued certifications in all Pilates apparatus and began teaching contemporary Pilates and modern Pilates. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been the incredible community I’ve become a part of. This has opened doors for me to work with and learn from some of the best professionals in the industry. I cherish the opportunity to share knowledge and techniques that enhance my teaching and inspire my clients. I love creating fun and challenging flows that cater to all levels, empowering my clients to grow stronger and more confident with each class.
